This post is simple. Today I was walking the halls of Yes Prep North Central (my new school), after everyone else had left for Happy Hour (<-- which is another story for another day, btw). I had a cheesy moment with myself as I realized that less than a year ago, this job was a DREAM. I dreamt of working at Yes. Now though...it seems so normal! And I've only worked there for about a month.
Say all that to say this. If you have a dream, large or small. Break out of the monotony of life's systems and initiate that experience for yourself. I feel like that's a skill that will take you far. Dream, then act. You will catch yourself breathless. Amazed by the surreal.
